I met Shakira in 2017 while shooting photos for Prince Royce on the set of Deja Vu. I wasn’t trying to work with her, it just kind of happened.

During a set change, the dancers were rehearsing, so I started filming only their feet and turned it into a lyric video. The next day, Royce’s manager told me Shaki loved it.

Two years later, I joined her team as social media manager. Five years later, that role has grown into digital strategy and creative work across merch, tour visuals, and more.

This project has completely shaped the way I work. It opened the door to a very specific, very huge world, full of experiences that pushed me creatively and taught me how to move at a different level.

Trying to fit five years of work with Shakira into one website section is basically impossible, but above are some of my favorite moments.
