CON DOLOR feels like the notebook I kept when I did not know how to say what was happening out loud. Every song is a page I probably almost ripped out: a letter I never sent, a memory I kept replaying, a feeling that stayed stuck until I finally wrote it down.

This EP lives in that space between heartbreak and release. It is not clean or perfect, because healing usually is not either. It is leather worn down by time, folded paper, ink stains, old photos, envelopes, clips, and all the little things we save even when they hurt.

For me, CON DOLOR is about saying the quiet part with my whole chest. I am not trying to pretend it did not hurt. I am turning it into something I can sing, share, and finally let go.
